Aaron Hernandez Found Dead
Former NFL star player Aaron Hernandez who was serving a life sentence for the widely talked about murder conviction. Just days ago, Hernandez was acquitted of a double murder. Massachusetts prison officials state that the former pro Football player was found hanging in his cell. The guards cite that he was unresponsive in his cell just after 3 a.m. The door to the cell was blocked by “various items” however, the guards managed to gain entry in to the cell. That is when Aaron was found hanging lifeless.
Officials say he used bed sheets to make a noose. Guards began to immediately perform life-saving techniques on Hernandez in hopes to revive him, though the efforts were unsuccessful. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at around 4 a.m.
New England Patriots Declines to Comment
Aaron Hernandez was a tight end for the New England Patriots and had a lot of faithful fans. He was serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd who was dating his sister. The other two murders that were acquitted. Happened in a Boston nightclub and involved to men who supposedly spilled a drink on Hernandez.
Ironically, Aaron’s [possible] suicide falls on the same day the New England Patriots are due to visit the White House to celebrate the Super Bowl LI victory win. A spokesperson for the Patriots went on the record with ESPN saying:
“We are aware of the reports, but I don’t anticipate that we will be commenting today,”
We hope that Aaron’s family finds peace during this sad moment. They have already been through a lot during the intense court proceedings. His popular murder case was widely covered in the media and drew in thousands of supporters but attracted even more regarding negative comments and blow-back from well, the non-fans.
