Playboy is the iconic adult magazine that was founded over 60 years ago. Hugh Hefner was popular for his reality show, Girls Next Door as well as other media ventures connected to the Playboy brand. Sources are claiming that Hefner was surrounded by family and friends during his final moments.
In 2016, the Playboy Mansion was listed for sale for an asking price of $200 million. Subject to the condition that Hefner could rent the mansion for life. This means that the current owner, Daren Metropoulos (co-owner of Hostess) could possibly putting the mansion up for sale since the value will now soar amidst the news of Hefner passing.
